Why this forum no like Charvels? They don't sell is my point

I've been scanning the local CL and Ebay for the last few weeks trying to find one so I can trade my Mayer Strat. I want one like above with the deep red, black hardware and maple neck!

Had a CS Charvel strat with recessed floyd, came from the factory with such bad backbow in the birdseye maple neck that the strings were literally resting on the frets. Got the runaround from FMIC for over a year before I got the issue resolved to THEIR satisfaction. Never again.

They are some of the best playing super strats, well the original super strats in the first place, and that includes even the new ones. I am at a loss here. Someone help me!

The biggest abuser of the floyd on this forum, Stratotone, has no issues with pull ups on his Charvels

I don't know if I should be proud or pissed! You can get more pullup on these if you shim the neck slightly and then move the floyd up - I can get about a 5th of pullup on my Gstring doing this.

Barzini did that same pullup on his G string and got extreme camel toe - so bad it was surgically removed.

I love my slime green Charvel. Although I had to replace the Duncans with DiMarzios, I think they sound better in this guitar. And, I blocked the trem, down only for this guy. Just need to get a big brass block for the trem and I'm set.
