Hopefully without unearthing all the drama I can share some pics and info of an amp that has some significant history and adds to the story that’s been told on these forums for years. This is a 1978 Marshall jmp 100w master volume that’s been converted to a 4 holer / handwired and modded by Mark Cameron signed and dated 1999. I was pretty suprised at the workmanship and attention to detail, it’s pretty safe to say this was a significant build with a lot of attention to details / LOTS of wire shielding. After all my research and reading tons of things I wish I could erase from my memory I feel pretty confident to say this amp is the real Cameron Atomica which is a low gain Jose style, not the same that was released years back which was closer to the ccv. Jose died in late 1994, im not sure of the year that the shop in Huntington Beach acquired his gear but the timeline definitely makes sense. Anyways just wanted to share and geek on some modded history. Cheers!

Wow, how cool is that! Look at all the shielded cable. And it looks like a couple of Tantalum caps in there too.

Very cool, congrats 🤘🏻 So how’s it sound? Is this the one with Atomica stenciled on the top?
It does the early vh thing well, nope it wasnt that one or the one that was created about 8 years ago. It sounds just like the YouTube videos of the atomic pumpkin they made.

It’s not really my story but here is confirmation from the source awhile back that adds to it.

Congratulations. Even though Mark's reputation is terrible , his amps are undeniably awesome. Its so rare anything ever comes up for sale. Enjoy it.
