Just thought I'd let people know that if you plan on dealing with Wildwood, go for it!
I've bought 2 guitars from them (a Taylor and a Thinskin Tele) and both times the guitar arrived promptly, well packed and both were some of the most impressive guitars I've played both visually and sonically.
I think they must go through their inventory and only keep the instruments that are exceptional and send back the rest.
They have top notch customer service and go above and beyond to help you out. Real class act.

I know they get lots of love on TGP, so I thought I'd do the same here.

I used to live in Boulder and go to that shop every once in a while (too expensive for a college kid to go there regularly). That is where I saw my 1st Anderson, which my brother (chakosh) ended up buying. I ordered my Anderson there. I've gone in a few times since I've moved away, and they are BY FAR the coolest people at any guitar store I've ever been to.

Every time I've gone there and asked for a guitar (smallish store with a big storage area next door), they go grab it, and the guitar is flawless. I do think that they get the "A-list" guitars from Gibson, Fender, et al. I wouldn't hesitate buying something from them sight unseen.

The only bad thing I have to say is that I was in Colorado a few weeks ago for work and wanted to stop by, but my brother said they are closed on Sunday...

Yeah, the 'rumor' i heard/read is that they (as well as a few other dealers) get top pick of the instruments, and even send their guy to wherever the guitars come from (direct from manuf. or distr.) and have him pick the stock.

Needless to say, I have 2 of my best sounding/playing instruments and they came from them.
I couldn't find anything local that even compares.

Another from me. I picked up my Mira from there. Played 3 different ones and a couple of McInturff Carolina's. They definitely have the cream of the crop there.
