will a radial dragster help with my tiny terror loop?

I had my amp tech put in a passive style break loop into my Orange Tiny Terror. It works fine with some pedals but with my Line6 m13 and others it overloads them and just sounds like mush to say the least. Would the Radial Dragster work for this application? I know ideally I would want a kleinulator but i'm on a pretty tight budget right now and since this is my backup amp I don't want to dump $150 into putting my effects in the loop.

Contact Bruce egnater about his loop level matcher unit. I put a similar loop on my Marshall 2204, and it works perfectly!

Oh, and the radial dragster is a passive device, and won't do level matching, like what you're needing.

ok thanks, I do know about the kleinulator but I don't want to spend $150 on this. Thanks guys!

would this work? it would also break ground loops in case you encounter one in your loop...

maybe, i'm not familiar with that box.

i believe there is no designated input or output. you just connect the output of your m13 to the +4dB of the line level shifter, then the -10dB to the return of the amp - if the return of the loop is being overloaded. if it's the input of the m13 that is being overloaded, then connect the send to the +4dB then the -10dB to the input of the m13, then out->return. i haven't used that product nor have i read the manual, but that would be my guess on how to use it.

without a level control I would be a bit nervous about this one. I think i'm going to wait until I have a bit of extra cash laying around for this.

On a whim I put my bad monkey in the loop (off of course) since I remembered it has a buffer in it. Wouldn't you know it actually did the trick and my m13 now works with my TT!!!!! I love it when you find a solution that has been right under your nose the whole time!
