An MXR Analog Chorus, EH Memory Toy and Dunlop CFH Wah?
 
Add up the total rated current draw for each pedal you're trying to daisy chain, then compare it to the max rated current the TU-2 is supposed to help supply.

The maximum draw (including the TU) is 200 mA's. A one spot for example is 1700 mA's. You could run any pedal out of the TU if the total does not exceed the maximum.
 
Gotcha. I ordered a pedal power ISO 5 but was wondering if it was necessary.

With the pedals you listed....absolutely. I have the pedal 2 plus and consistent power across the board.
