I am flying into LAX, staying at the Hyatt Newport Beach and kissed Josh Sages ass (Rebel Amps) for the pass months ago

Why are you staying that far from the show?

To be honest I am not that familiar with LA and that was the best decent room I could come up with when I booked it. How far is it from the convention center?

30 minute drive without traffic. so about 45-an hour with traffic.
I woulda expected you stayin at the Hilton or Marriott that's adjacent to the convention center.

Just called the Anaheim Hilton and got a a tower suite every night I am there! I even got into the NAMM block because someone canceled while I was on the phone with them and I made a friend of the girl on the phone !

BTW, if you only need a rental car to get to the hotel, go with a shuttle and save yourself the insane parking rates since chances are you won't venture far from the convention center.

100% everything is pretty much right there, Only reason we rented a car was to go to hollywood and im going out to hang with Mark and a few buddys...

I agree, i hated life the first year i went and didnt have a rental..i hate sitting around or waiting on people...plus its easier for 4am runs to Del Taco!

Well, I'm not really worried about the drinks and I'm glad you changed your plans because you'll have a far better time now knowing you can simply spend a few minutes to walk to your room. But, bring on the drinks.
