If you get the G50 it works great but the cable is garbage. Go ahead and order a well made cable from lava. Mine shorted out after about 6 shows.

I much prefer the Shure GDLX system.. Buit in rechargeable battery (which is FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!), very good build quality. (the Line6 stuff feels cheaper to me, but that's just my opinion). No note droppage from the Shure whatsoever... Line6's are known to drop notes occasionally... Also - I got the pedal version and it has a built in tuner which also works flawlessly.
