The Marshally high mid focus is definitely the Modern Classic "thing". If anyone is ever curious about differences to this and the MTL lower mid focus, that is the main difference as far as I am concerned.

I am fortunate to have a 2012 MTL, so could plan on doing a similar style vid soon, however I DO want to have another try with the MC II with a bit more contour and treble dialed in for aggressive thrashy tones. Maybe overkill ? lol

Thanks John4021, I will eventually get a MTL one and share it with you guys here to have fun comparing. But I am starting to think I dial in my Wizards a bit dark, AFTER i made that clip with the MC II I bumped the contour to 6 and treble to 6.5. The bright switch is at 4 on the clip and I am wondering moving it up a tad... it is very touchy i find from too bright to just 'right'.
