Wizard MTL mk2 demo

Cool. I lean towards the Hell Razor but I have it in a rig where I can add whatever post EQ I want pretty painlessly which I often do. I tend to darken amps in post just a bit so maybe that's why the HR works so well for me, the feel and brightness is exactly what I'm looking for in the feel of the amp itself, and I can apply whatever overall EQ voicing in post no problem.

I'd love to try an MTL someday though, I've liked all the clips of them I've heard.
I could definitely run it that way. But feels overboard to me when the MTL is half the cost you know?

I own a Hellion. Love it, but I find it lacking the low end grunt of my Wizards. I got a Gup Tech Quebec and run the extra depth control and it’s perfect.
I do crank the bass control on mine, but in that department both pale compared to my Skeleton Key (in terms of bottom end)

SK is my number 1, but these are all fantastic amps and I tend to set & forget so use them all differently.
I had one particular tone/gain structure I got on the SK V2 with an SD-1 into low gain input that l liked a lot and was very reminiscent of a Wizard into low gain input boosted the same but everything else on the SK was way too modern and gained out for my taste. Different strokes of course.

So funnily enough I use mine for mid-gain with a single coil tele and it gets a more vintage Plexi feel but tighter.

I just thought if i could let go my MC2 and getta Hellrazor.... but pretty afraid i would miss the MC2 yet am a high gain guy...

Awesome playing as usual Brandon! Realize you're trying to showcase the amp in this thread, but let me know when you get tired of that guitar.:ROFLMAO:
