Yes sir... NGD!

i can see why fender got away from that (MIJ) "affordable/budget/foreign" guitar early. At the price point of the MIJ and their USA model at that time, it had to be too much competition for the USA, ultimately affecting sales and/or margins. Either way...really nice/a lot-a guitar for 700$.

I'm not a huge "case" guy...but the freaking case is nice-nice as well. Really heavy duty, slightly bowed so it doesn't bang you're leg whilst walking..and a cool little carved out section for the whammy bar; so when I'm lazy I can just leave the bar on.

The neck on this thing is just killer. I think I'm going to clean it..it's a bit dirty, which is fine, but the figuring on this one is really nice...want to bring that out a bit. I know this has been covered ad nauseem...but some nonacitic, non-lemon oil ?

Anywho...Thanks for you're help guys and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Nice man, glad you went for it; too many guitar snobs out there that wouldn’t even look at something that didn’t say ‘Made in USA’ miss out on a lot of great guitars because of it.

Raw board use some ultra fine steel wool (0000) and if it’s lacquered just use a damp cloth. Anything else is gonna dull the sheen.

Works for me, other guys might have better ideas.

On my wolfgang I use fret doctor on both the fretboard, and the back of the neck. It works great!!!

I just finished sanding the Floyd rose nut down on my MIJ hardtail, and man does that guitar feel good to play!!! Those specs are pretty hard to beat at just about any price!!!
