Wow, this Framus guitar looks AMAZING!

I must say that is the first Framus guitar that I truly would like to try.

that buckeye burl reminds me of a Fodera Bass.

It's a custom shop model though so you'd have to custom order it if you happened to have 6 grand laying around. :D

EDIT: It says, "Customer: Musikmesse Frankfurt 2008." Was anyone here at that event? Pics of this guitar? :D
 
BTW,

I just checked out some bulk buckeye burl in a google search.

a 9" x 9" x 5" piece is like $300. :confused: :aww: :no: :cry:

Haha, I remember Juggernaut telling me how expensive that stuff is. I think he wanted to get a Gutierrez with a buckeye burl top, but it was too expensive and hard to find or something like that.
 
I love Buckeye Burl guitars and basses, but some do look better than others.

My favorite so far has been this Sadowsky bass.

Yeah, I love that Shadowski too. A guy at the Metboard showed that picture to me YEARS ago.

I still want one. :thumbsup:

But findin a "good" holeless piece of buckeye burl is EXPENSIVE, VERY much so, when compared to maples, and other tops.

But DAMN are they sexy.

Looks really cool, but for my tastes, I know with 99.99999999998% certainty it would be way too bright for my tastes.
