Wade at Motor City Pickups rebuilt the Dirty Fingers from John Sykes' Les Paul a few years ago. He analyzed that one pretty closely and could probably make you one like it.

I pulled a set from my SG. Took longer to make the add on Reverb than they took to sell. Glad they did because I thought they sucked.
