WTF happened to the ibanez V??

i think they were supposed to be an artist signiture guitar for one of the guys in Dragonforce and it feel through, so they stopped making them. could be wrong, but i'm pretty sure i heard something like that.

i was doing some digging and it appears yes they got sued. some of the speculation was that Dean sued them. ??? for what? the razorback V? thats gay.
