WTF is going on here ?

Good-to-hear man.

That's the thing - whatever the issue that arose in the last week is, it seems to only cause a temporary interruption to normal behaviour.

Hopefully it blows over soon, but if not, it's no biggie IMHO. Just reload a page and if you're lucky, job done.
 
Been having intermittent issues again the last couple days. Usually only lasts a few minutes. Bad Gateway and can't find server, blah, blah, blah.

Definitely a pattern here:
It happens for a few hours or whatever, then goes away.
