I know exactly what's wrong with you. You get a new amp and post a picture of new amp on top of old amp and somehow forgot to post a clip! You know many of us want to hear a side by side comparison of the Yeti and Chupa. Come on man, quit teasing.

No clips. I don't play guitar, I just like to own cool shit. I don't even really look at them. I just keep them in a room somewhere and post photos on the web. I think I know like... an A chord? That's a thing right?

I really wanted to love the Chupacabra that I had. The first night I played it, it was magical. After that it was kinda, meh. Talked to Nik about it, adjusted the bias, changed tubes, never jived with it. Ended up trading it for a Splawn Quickrod.

I dealt the Quickrod shortly after getting it as well.

An A chord? No, that is not a thing. Not even remotely a thing. And if it is I don't know it. Honestly though, I'm not even sure I know an A chord. Not kidding either.

An E chord is way better. You should try one sometime.

I always kinda regretted selling this Chupacabra. I'm glad to have it back. I will probably mod the circuit a bit to tighten it up. Someone suggested changing the 820Rs in V1a/b to 2k7 and lowering the V1a plate resistor a bit. Might give it a go. Kinda resembles a Fortin schem I have somewhere.

I'm not really familiar with these amps. Would they be in the vein of Marshall's? They look great just curious if they are leaning towards the Marshall spectrum or have their own thing completely. Congrats

What are the official requirements on number of amps to own? If you can play them all at once then I respect that. Either way, you have fine taste in gear

Yep, Marshall-based, but hot-rodded circuits.

I think you can't really call yourself a guitarist until you own at least 18 amps. I'm well on my way.
