Thoughts and opinions on the Xotic SL Drive.

I'm getting one for my "small rig". Pedal train nano with an SL Drive, EP Boost, SP Compressor and in the loop.... HOF Mini and a Mooer Reecho. This will go into a 65 Amps Ventura.

Love the SL Drive. Everything about it is awesome.

It's a great pedal. Very marshal like, and nice and woody. Not a high gain pedal. I didnt get it because it and the Plexitone are too similar and the PT has more gain if I want it.

I didn't like it that way at all. As a stand alone, it was great, but the standard boosting of an already somewhat gained amp.............didn't do it for me.

Probably a good pedal. I dig the Bb pre with mid boost. No harshness. Musical pedal.
