Why would anyone troll with a classical guitar thread on Rig-Talk of all places?

The dude does his laundry at midnight. Do you think he's got anything better to do?

Midnightlaundry's good people. With a handle like that, he's 'in' in my books

The only guy cool enough to sport the long nails was Randy Rhoads... I do find it interesting sometimes you see some guitar players with a long thumbnail on their chording or lead hand... reminds me of the asian status pinky finger nail thing.

I appreciate the talent, however, it really just doesn't speak to me.

The guys wails. Some of you guys sound like dumb rednecks. I expected more from a forum of giant egos.

Stay dumb my friends.

Why are we rednecks? Nobody here can deny this guy's talent. He's an incredible player. He just doesn't do it for everyone and i think growing finger nails makes a man look like he is a sorcerer. No harm in that. This forum is all about good times after all.

Thing is...This guy can play anything most of us here can play if he wanted and do it better but...We (most) can't play what this guy plays at all

Respect his talent....however I wouldn't trade my ability for his talent,EVER... does nothing for me... I'll stick to my tubes and half stacks :)

The condescending attitude is off-putting. I saw many people say they respected the talent but it didn't speak to their tastes...that makes them rednecks and/or dumb? That's a weak position to take.

FWIW, this guy is amazing. That said, it's nothing that I aspire to...it's a completely different approach that doesn't interest me from a playing point of view (much like an Andy McKee or Stanley Jordan). Though as a fan/listener of good music, I find it to be incredible.
