Yes, another GC rant

Everything I buy these days comes from the used section of GC.
It truly is hit or miss, and is really sales associate dependent.

I have the worst luck with pedals more than anything.
 
Yeah, I guess I should have listed the post as GC employee rant. Never had a refusal to take additional pics of a used item until speaking with this guy so I can't condemn all GC's. I actually went ahead and ordered the guitar so I'll see when it gets here. If I have to return it and eat the shipping costs, so be it.
 
Went to the local GC today, probably first time in 7 or 8 years. Looked around for about 10 minutes and never got within 40 feet of an employee. It baffles me how they stay in business.

Saw a Friedman 4x12 with a little bit of visible tolex wear, not bad though. They were asking $200 bucks less than new - for that, seems like it's better to just buy new - although I wouldn't have to worry about shipping - providing it works of course. I wonder what they would say if I asked them to open it up so I can look inside. Do they deal on used gear?
