Can you cop the early Chris Squire (Yes) tone with it? IIRC he just plugged into a Marshall for some/all of the very early stuff. Something like Roundabout but they all had incredible (to me) bass tone.

His picking technique and the 4001 strung up with Roto 66s had something to do with it too.

yup ....... it works .... it needs some fine tuning though

the schematic I used to create the PCB had some variables as far as value of a few components in a few spots .... so I have to experiment a little
