No, you're right. These lists always, every time, devolve into a list of who someone's favorite guitar players are, NOT who the best are. You may not like John Lennon for example, but he was a pretty god damn good rythmn player, especially for the time. His choice of chords and progressions and ability to pull off very clean transitions between difficult fingering positions was pretty mother fucking good.
