Bought some of this, i can't imagine eating anything right now, but i'm excited.
I really dig it in cocktails, and mixed with soy sauce.
Also thinking about making a curd with it possibly.
Anyone have any ideas?

Edit- i just thought back to a bunch of years ago, when i was able to partake in a "Japanese brunch" while in Los Angeles. I seem to remember a yuzu hollandaise that was fantastic.

That is good stuff, I like to make "margs" with it as the sweet n sour base, I use drizzled honey in the cold presentation and it suspends.
