Yes, we recommend to repair it and then mod it but if a part that needs to be replaced is part of our mod we would change that to our modified part so we don't do things twice.
For repair we charge $20 for the first hour of labor and $15/hr after that plus any parts. The mod to quiet it down is $54.99 and we would deduct any cost of parts we replace from the repair
from this. We'll have a look at your pedal, go through it, and let you know how much it will be to repair it.

For anyone that has my same problem of being out of commission right now with their Silver MXR 10-band crackling and popping like the new year..
So a new one costs $129...
