Anyone in the Chicago area that has experience with Chicago Music Exchange? Just wondering how accurate their descriptions are?
 
Not in that area but bought lots of things from them on Reverb. Accurate descriptions.

They owned Reverb up until last year.
 
They're legit. I spent about 3k with them on Reverb, 7-8 orders.
 
I bought lots of stuff from them and they’ve always been great with me. Very easy going, smooth sailing, fast shipping and I’ve returned things many times just because I didn’t like them for my taste and was always very easy and no hassle with returns
 
Joel has always treated me correctly. I spent about 15K+ with him over some years.
 
Good store. I had an issue and they went way above and beyond to make it right. I really appreciated that.
 
Great place and awesome showroom. I sold them my Gibson Zakk Wylde a few months ago.

Also had an excellent experience. If you create an account and place an item in your cart but don't purchase it, they'll often try to contact you and offer you a lower price.

Or you could just call and talk to someone to get a better deal.
