I went to my friends house today, a nice and cool air conditioned studio space to get out of this heat.
I brought my new to me vintage ESP Kamikaze 1 and played it through the BE100 deluxe and the BE50 deluxe.
whoa!! But that BE50 just kills!! It was tight and articulate, percussive and defined, and had grind and grit all day long!! I could not dial in the BE100 deluxe to sound like that, not even close actually.
the BE50 was so much fun to play!! The touch sensitivity was great and all the channels were just killer.
I have an SS100 that I sent back to Dave to mod (and these additions made it just astonishing!) a bit and it sent all my other amps packing, I literally stopped playing all of them. But damn, the BE50 gives it a run in the fun to play department.
here is a demo Robert baker did and he gets some killer tones. Great, great amp!
