1. Stop focusing on negative programming. Just don't watch it! Encourage your family, friends and everyone you know, not to watch it. This type of programming is key to the demoralization process. Avoid gossip and horror programing as well.
2. Avoid 24hr news channels, like CNN, FOX, MSNBC, OANN, etc... Stick to your local news only. Focus on what relevant to your city, county and state. If you're not playing the stock market, avoid national and international politics.
3. Avoid pornography.
4. Avoid filthy communication from your mouth and print.
5. Avoid drinking to drunkenness.
6. Support your local law enforcement.
7. Limit your exposure to the internet to 1 hour max per day; unless used for instructional purposes.
8. Call or visit family members once a month.
9. Get a minimum of 20 minutes of exercise per day.
10. Get outside and connect with nature. Fresh air and sunshine are potent medicines, and they're free - for now.

The video the OP posted is very misleading. All the statistics include police shootings. The remainder of "gun violence" (an ignorant term in my opinion) is happening in certain neighborhoods in large cities where gangs thrive.

a couple of them have entire fucking arsenals at home. And we got an orange blowhard
in Florida filling their heads with lies. I keep expecting to wake up some morning to read
that Pelosi or Fauci's been assasinated. Scary times right now.

A pistol that makes a nice loud noise when you rack it and 50 rounds of JHP is enough for me.
If the shit hits the fan to the point where that's not enough, #49 and #50 will take out me and my wife.
