Like mentioned above. Everyone has issues. Problems. I see a psychiatrist every month. But I don’t mention it because that’s my deal. So if he airs dirty laundry publicly. Lot folks gonna tell him or comment it stinks. I’m glad he’s finding common ground with himself. But when you toss it publicly it’s not a private issue anymore.

I only regret that I have but one like to give for this post.
Maybe playing devils advocate but this is why people don't discuss mental health or take it seriously because ass fucks like various commenters in this thread make it seem like it's something to be ashamed or embarrassed about. Mental health is just as crucial to your well being as is your physical health. Maybe it wasn't the correct forum for him to express it, but I applaud him for doing it, especially in front a full stadium of fans. I grew up listening to Metallica and still listen daily. If someone like James, who in his early days could rage and tear it up being the badass he wad in his prime says its ok to not be ok and the message gets thru to one person who is struggling and reaches out for help, than more power to him. If his words helped one person not take their own life, why should we crucify him for that?
