It's 2022 and Putin wants to stay in Russia and play in Russia SAFELY which has always been his aim. That gray area between Poland and Russia has historically been some of the most trodden on, carved up, raped and pillaged territory since near pre-history.
Blood has always flowed there and will continue to do so until either the USA or Russia is obliterated off the map. That could be 1000 years away.

Nope. There's no possible way that all the people involved would be able to not blow the lid off of this. Remember, this isn't the USSR where people would disappear (and probably still do over there) at the mere hint of not keeping quiet.
