Looking to buy used Bogner OS212 or Friedman 2x12. Not too concerned with condition as long as wiring and speakers 100% perfect. Would also consider Avatar 2x12 with similar specs. I know it's costly to ship these days, but Im in Wisconsin and can deal immediately if one is reached. Let me know. Thanks

Dude! I had an avatar 2x12 here next to my Bogner 2x12 and it sounded, felt, etc., every bit as good as the Bogner. It had a v30 and creamback or a v30 and greenback (don’t remember but I could ask my friend) and it sounded very good. My Bogner 2x12 was not better than it, they were clear equals.

You can’t go wrong with either. Both sound really good.

Thanks man... I would happily take either. Just need the wider width cab... at least 28". I recently sold my Bogner OS212 to a fellow musician near me since I wasn't really using it in my rig.... But THEN, I buy a killer Modded Marshall and now my rig has changed and need a larger cab. Tried to buy it back from him but he currently likes it too much :)

True, and lacks the batting, and doesn't have as tight a fit. Had both. That said, avatar is a great deal. Friedman 2x12 is great, preferred by some. Mesa horizontal pretty good. Bogner is my fav.

I never liked that batting and always ripped it out.

There lies the differance.
Couldnt wrap my head around the Bogners cost (bought one brand new non the less)

Thats long gone. The Avatar stayed
 
Interesting. What does removing it do? I assume it would be more boomy? Still have the batting in my big ol 2x15 Fender cab, too.

Sounds a bit more woody, whatever that means ?. To me the batting makes the cabinet more dead sounding and creates a more almost phony bass. Take it out and see, you can easily staple it back
