Look, this is one of the very few forums that have minimal rules and moderation. There’s like 3 posts in all of OTC that wouldn’t get you thrown out of other places in an instant. But most things here are allowed to fly. Even so there are some lines you shouldn’t cross and there’s a specific few that don’t seem to know where that line is. Either that or have purposely crossed it in which case you deserve a giant FUCK YOU! Seriously when a mod has to step in and spend hours cleaning up a fun bikini thread after your sorry ass tried to sabotage it, or spend 3 pages dealing with your arguing over the spirit of a rule... you’ve crossed that line.
And while we’re at it, how about refraining from reporting someone just because they hurt your little feelings. Some of you refugees may be used to doing that, but that shit doesn’t fly here. Suck it up, dust the sand out your vagina, and fight your own battles. Don’t expect the mods to wipe your tears, give you a hug and make the “mean people” go away.
The mods do this for FREE; completely unpaid, to put up with us groups of rowdy fucks. A job not may would want. By all means let the shit fly. If anything it’s entertaining to read. But for fuck sake pull your head out your ass. Use some sense to rein it in when it’s needed. The only thing you’re accomplishing is making the mods job that much more frustrating and difficult. They already go out of their way to accommodate our requests, they don’t need this kind of shit too.
To sum it all up….
Have some respect for the staff and stop unnecessarily adding to their workload. They do more than enough around here without having to put up with your bullshit.
Lastly, I want to give a public thank you to the moderators. It may not get said much and hopefully I’m speaking for the majority of forum members in saying we appreciate all the effort you all put in here. You all are aces in my book anyway.
