EMG Wiring Kit/3-Way Toggle Switch/Volume & Tone Pots/Output Jack

Quick question, does anyone know where to get a new Switchcraft short shaft 3-way toggle switch, new EMG wiring kit, 1 - EMG volume pot, 1 - EMG tone pot and new EMG stereo output jack?

Didn't know if there were already kits available or not and the pots have to be short shaft as they're going in my Charvel Model 5FX, thank you in advance!!
 
Thank you both! My Charvel has a 3-way toggle switch, with it being an import guitar, would I need to get a metric size short shaft Switchcraft? On another note, I did tell the owner yesterday though to please check the output of the EMG-81 and re-check the wiring as they were the one that swapped out the EMG-85 and black Floyd Rose Original that was in it last year and put the 81 and gold Original Floyd Rose that was in the guitar back in it.
 
Yea I got the Charvel as a Christmas gift from my parents year ago in the 90's and part of me thinks back and say "I should've never messed with the guitar and just left it as it was"
 
I used emg's a lot down through the years....they were ok-never crazy about them. The 24v mod changed my mind. really like what it did...not sure what it did exactly, but whatever it is I like it....maybe it activates a tiny bbe sonic maximizer in there somewhere...kinda has a similar effect as running one of those in your rack rig back in the day...so if you do the emg's I highly recommend the 24v mod.
