And… that “other guy” says we’re all alts so with contention I smell what your stepping in.

And And on a positive note the recent “cleanups” give me hope!

The paltry "earnings" (if any) of RT would surely be worth selling one's soul for. Who could resist the lure of a few dollars for such a small sacrifice as investing in daily deception in the name of such a meaningless endeavour?

The SEO proves that Steve, Nico and I are frauds.

It couldn't possibly be that since I was called-in to help out, the consistency and prevalence of moderation, OTC tidying-up and implementation of newly-defined rules, Classifieds neatening-up, additional manufacturer sub-forums, the addition of the presets / profiles / IR sub-forum, tireless-and-timely attendance to PM's and addressing every single member query publicly and so on had anything to do with it. Nooo.

The metrics in fact show a steady incline since I was called-in. Not bragging, but trying to make a point that hard work does pay off, if not instantly, in the form of steady "returns / gains".

I'm frankly appalled by some of the "conspiratorial" theories I've heard floating around. In every respect they've been 180º out-of-phase with reality. There's been no collusion or plotting between myself and the owner. The forum's been run by the mods with practically-zero (if not zero) direction by the owner. We're not the sorts of people who would pay members to post and increase traffic (yes, this is one of the "rumours") or indeed deceive for our own gain (great theory that one seeing as we're not paid).

I struggle to get my head around the fact that I'm even feeling it necessary to say this. That sort of cutthroat bullshit isn't in my wheelhouse, never has been nor will it ever be. If it's not obvious to someone after I've laid it all on the line these past 2 years (with only 4 or 5 days off), dealing with whatever BS was thrown my way with, dare I be so bold as to say, aplomb, then I can't help that person. Judge a tree by the fruit it bears, not the venomous, paranoid, puerile protestations and accusations the likes of which I've become aware of recently.

It's not rocket science. Things had fallen by the wayside a bit by mid 2021. Things were tidied up and attended to more-diligently. A new lease of life ensued. Hardly-surprising, I'd have thought.

None of this should need be said. The implication that "the SEO" somehow vindicates a completely-false set of accusations didn't sit well with me bro'. That's all. Probably just needed to get that off my chest. :dunno:

PLX hasn't done anything "wrong".
When I looked up what SEO meant I immediately assumed another rumour had been going around that we've paid (more!) money for some other means of boosting the site. Yup, I was triggered, my only excuse being that it grinds my gears when one gives an endeavour 100% only to be accused of being underhanded, dishonest, treacherous and so on. It's a new experience for me so bring on the much-deserved heat 'cause I have to admit that I was triggered like a pussycat / shrinking violet. :LOL:

Anywho, sorry to Brother PLX for any possible misunderstanding. ❤️
