I bet that Trump will be convicted of a charge. I'm not specifying which one, there are SO many. I'm not betting he does jail time, I suspect he will only get house arrest. I'm saying he gets convicted. (again)

We’ll find out when Smith turns over discovery to Trump’s lawyers. He won’t be indicted this week, mid-late next week at the earliest, and then he’s got to appear for arraignment.

Smith produced discovery in the documents case quickly, he’ll do the same in this case.

Because I know how the legal process works. Rudy met with Smith’s team two days in a row when one is normal, and his attorney confirms he hasn’t received a target letter and doesn’t think he will be charged.

It’s more likely than not he flipped. He’s facing numerous lawsuits, criminal investigations, and disbarment.
