Legator has had insane QC/customer Serv in issues in the past.

Especially the imports.

I wouldn't get near that thing, even through musicians friend. Get an ormsby/dunable/balaguer/charbonneau or any of the other million good "modern" guitar brands instead.

half price. that's a steal, I think?

I've spent decades with 6 strings and I'm far from mastery. At this point in time, 7 or more strings would be pointless for me.

If I want a challenge, I have one of my organs with 2-3 manuals (61-note keyboards) and 25 or 30 note pedalboards. Accomplished organists play different parts with both hands and both feet, at the same time...it sounds amazing and looks as difficult as it sounds.

damn, I just got over selling my 8 string and now I want one back.

yea, not that one though lol.
even with 8 strings, the Strandberg I had was even lighter than my SG. I don't have time to learn another string though. I'm maxed out at 7 for a while

I don't even need to open the link to know what it is. :D

Calling @Funk'n Metal
:ROFLMAO:

That's funny because I just ordered one even though I already have two of the same one in white and purple fade.
I was just going to post this as it is a great deal and almost ordered two. Just hoping not to get a GC floor model.

If anyone is on the fence, I would give these an easy 8.5+/10.
9 for quality. 8+ for electronics (hives are under the radar for passive metal and my personal 2nd fav only next to nazgul/sentient) 8 for hardware. Unless you need the specific neck profile these are equal to Strandbergs in quality, ime. This is last years model and the latest I believe come with stainless frets and independent bridges as the main difference. World Music Korea built. Stay away from models with S at the end of the name as they're Chinese toys not even in the same league.

This def used to be the case, I've had Legators off and on since around ten years ago and in the mid to late 2010s it was very much hit or miss so I was sticking with Agile and Cort built brands for my extended range import needs. Now Legator (P series and up) are spectacular, better than my last two Kiesels in QC. CS can be still be a little slow to respond, but they have/will send replacement parts free of charge if ever needed with a simple email. Other than that I would recommend them or a few Agile models 99% of the time over a Strandberg simply due to $:QC ratio. I feel like I own around a dozen or so modern (2019+) Legators now and will def vouch for their QC. The neck/fingerboard profiles are second to none for this type of instrument (at least for me and my smaller hands). Will post a NGD when it arrives.
