I probably only post maybe 1/4 or less of my NGDs. Don't want to come off too crazy. :ROFLMAO:
so, you're holding out on us?!

I get a lot of run of the mill guitars, keep em, pass em on as gifts, trade, etc... Not much point in NGD for run of the mill Les Pauls or fifth guitar in a different color. If it makes you feel better, my amp collection is really lacking. I also have three other family members in my house who play, so it kind of gets watered down in a way.

Do you even find time to play all the guitars you accumulate? ?
I do. Fortunately, made some good financial decisions in my youth and was able to retire in my 30s (though my husband works for "fun"). It's pretty much mostly what I do when I'm not doing mom/housewife/helping out with family business stuff. I also like to share and let friends, family, etc... borrow and try them out. I'm pretty fucking lucky, tbh. But I share the wealth, so win/win! I know it's a bit overboard, but yolo and all that jazz.

I remember your story. It is just my OCD kicking in hard lol

Service time and costs might get overwhelming! I assume you have more than 20 guitars.

For me I think around 10 would be the limit. And not much serial ones. Because even though I have plenty of spare time, some of them would get not enough attention and just collect dust.

Ofc, you might be changing guitar every new song you play, but that would take more time than playing in the end ?

But I understand you from a collector viewpoint. I would also want all of Mark 2c+’s variants, although they do nearly the same thing lol

Your generosity is much appreciated. I rarely see that nowadays outside of our small R-T community.

Tell us about your amps too, please!

Def spend a lot of time and money changing strings(at least 50 guitars, but who's counting?). I do (or my husband/kids) all the string changes/setups, so don't have $60-$100 bills or anything like that by taking them to a luthier. But yeah, I like having every tuning/tone on hand, so it's nice to just grab something ready to go.

Not much in the way of amps, an 82 or 83 JCM800, a JTM 45 reissue, a Twin Reverb RI, a Jazz Chorus, and a couple modeling combos. I mostly use a Spark 40 and Guitar Rig 6, though because I don't play out much... just don't tell anyone here :ROFLMAO: . I do like going over to the in laws though because we can crank up the Marshall and no one is around for miles. I really want to get a Fireball 100 for modern tightness after playing one, but I keep getting conflicting info about reliability and other issues. I'll probably just put it on my Christmas list, anyway.

String cost itself must be fearsome ?

What strings you use btw?

Tightness? Try Hermansson. Guys here have it. I would love one too. And ofc a Mark IIc+ ?
