Tried having a bit of fun on this one. Also mixed in a real 57 on a real cabinet in addition to the Captor X. Still doesn’t sound as good as it did on my monitors prior to uploading. I’ll just have to relegate myself to being unhappy with how things turn out.

Sounds great! Like a modded 2203; or boosted version. These amps were the answer to the modded amps of the 80s....straight in, they can be as good as anything out there for an 80s tone.
Couple small things you can try, IF you wanted to get more clarity and less 'tubby' on the lows...although, that amp sounds great as is....There's a small cap known as the treble bleed cap, it's right in between the lead ch gain and vol, snip one leg and it gets a touch brighter/clearer. Then move the purple NFB wire to the 16 ohm tap, tighter response..and last but not least, the circuit boards in these are held up by the pots/solder connections...re heating/flowing them can really improve the sound.
I did that to my 86 2210 and it was like a new amp.

But yours sounds great now, so I totally understand NOT doing any of those things.
 
The 2210 was the first tube amp I ever owned I bought it in 1990 and the tones were just incredible! God I wish I still had that amplifier. Great Clip here's a picture of it along with my ESP Mirage Deluxe I wish I still had that also. There were no LTDs in those days

Someone mentioned removing the diode clipping as well. That’s supposed to help it take pedals better. I have another 2210 as well as a 2205 and they both sound a bit better. I’m torn as to leaving it all the way it is or tweaking it so it’s more usable.

I wouldn't mess with the diodes; they are what make those amps sound killer IMO. I've read about guys doing that, and it's quite the project and seemed to never end well. I'd tell them to just buy a 2203. But clipping the treble bleed cap does improve the clarity to my ears. Yours sounds really good as is, too...I had an 87 2205 that was perfect with the gain/ch vol dimed...needed nothing.
 
My 2205 was a fire breather. I've heard they aren't cool in some circles. Whatever. I loved mine.

I’m not sure what it is but I’ll definitely try to take it down. I keep the gains down low enough that it doesn’t come close to clipping. All I know is that compared to my voice in the videos the recorded guitar sounds like it’s 100 feet down a well. Lmao.

Hammerjacks closed before I made it down, but saw Kix in Frostburg. Also saw Steve's other band a lot around Keyser after Kix broke up the first time. Steve's guitarist was a local guy (Dean Kramer), I believe he plays for Sebastian Bach now.

Try to keep the level around -12 and see how that does.
Are you close micing? Is the cab facing directly into an untreated wall surface? Is the mic’d speaker working?

Close mic with a 57, closed back cabinet pointed into a very large room, the speaker that’s mic’d is working. I’m going to try just that mic without using the captor x and see how it turns out. Thanks

Not sure what you’re recording into, but with Logic I had to turn off any kind of Normalization/Overload Protection on the bounce because it was doing all kinds of nasty shit to my tracks. I couldn’t figure out why they’d sound different post-bounce, that was it right there.

Ok that sounds good. Next thing I would recommend is one of the SeElectronics sound baffle deals. They have done wonders for my recordings. Reflections coming back off the wall was creating spme serious phase cancellations were really messing things up.
If you are recording more than one track simultaneously, make sure they are lined up and in phase (if you haven’t).
And like Rev posted make sure if normalizing, to not let it get the levels too high.
