It was country wide to some extent or another. It was bipartisan. I’m not talking about a random rural county that didn’t enforce it. I’m talking about all major population centers, airlines, corporations, academia and so on.

I'll guess Denver or Boston since they're not as high profile as NYC, Chicago, LA, San Francisco, DC; or it could be like the attack in Moscow, some event in the suburbs where people aren't expecting anything.

The Ukrainians should not have started shelling residential neighborhoods in Donbas and Luhansk. They did it for years before Russia retaliated.
