I can't speak to the people you interact with, but I've personally worked with and/or know some very smart, left-leaning people who are also capable of engaging in civilized discussions about charged topics. I'm with VBF on it only being a portion of the left behaving shamefully, same as a portion of the right, center, up, and down behave shamefully. In general, on either side of the aisle, it seems hard to me to find people who can engage in civilized discussion.

People seem to find this need to try and justify or equate actions by an individual or group by comparing them to another. They are gravity defying. They can silently hover. I gotta close up one night. The craft, triangular, started spinning, slowly at first, then faster, then it just completely shot out of sight like snapping your fingers. It appeared a blue light and sparks created some sort of gravitational field around it and it shot off out of sight. Like a car wheel spinning real fast, sometimes it looks like it's spinning backwards or not spinning at all.

As for the cloaking....it's like a phantom in the night. "Why don't you get a picture?" There is nothing to photograph. You can see the outline of the craft, that something is there, and it's general shape, nd then it disappears again completely. Like the predator movie. You can only tell something is there but you can't see a lot of details on the craft though as I mentioned, I have gotten a few good up close and personal looks.

I watch them play in the clouds. I'm convince they are actually there most of the day, they are just cloaked. Look for the small black cloud moving in a way contrary to the rest of the clouds. Or look for a dark tube moving inside of a white or grey cloud. You can tell something is moving there. If you are able to find one in daylight, the area around it is obscured by whatever cloaking/reflecting arrangement it uses. Sounds crazy but this is happening out there more nights than it's not happening. I saw 16-20 of them about a week ago flying in tight, cloaked formation......
