I don't see anything wrong here. Two different medals, for different reasons: one military service the other civilian service. He's saying you don't have to be shot up or dead to win the medal of freedom, that's why it's better - you're alive and well, not fighting in endless wars to enrich oligarch and corporate donors, and politicians with laundered taxpayer funds.

But why even go there? Why compare the two? DJT also recently compared his crowd size to Martin Luther King. Again, why does he go to these places? That is not what sane people think, let alone say out loud. Respect the military. Don't compare a civilian honor with a military one. Don't compare your crowd size to a social and civic leader who died in the 60s.

Trump's brain doesn't work right. That's all. I'm not saying Harris's does, but how on earth does this kind of talk not give you pause?

it's called mannerisms, everyone has them; and when you hear people speak, on many occasions, you'll notice they repeat common patterns.

the same people that complained about his "mean tweets", etc. are all about style over substance; focusing on meaningless crumbs instead of the meal.

Trump was well liked by civil rights, people of all races, entertainment, sports, demoncrats, etc., until he challenged their totalitarian control once he recognized how it's destroying the country, and average working Americans (not the 49% who pay no income tax and live on government handouts, or college students who demand taxpayers pay for their student loans even if they never graduate)

I really don't see what all the fuss is about, it's just manufactured hatred. The CIA run media just wants you know what to be angry about now.

I really think what most people don't like about his mannerisms is the fact that he was born and raised in Queens, NYC, they all talk like that.

But my no means use your own judgement when you have the media to tell you what to be angry about.

That doesn't and didn't work for us.

We prefer someone who wasn't trained and dumped on us by the CIA.

I can sympathize with those naive but well meaning youngsters that go into the military, willing to die for what they believe is a noble cause, or those that in times past didn't have a choice — but I don't otherwise respect the military. The military is enabling US imperialism and corporate interests and making us ultimately less safe. And they happen to be committing evil acts in the process.
