Intelligence cannot exist without sentience. The machine would not exist without sentient beings. It cannot think or provide food (read electrical power) to itself without sentient beings. The idea that it is "intelligent" is a fraud. Machines have no innate intelligence, they are mechanical and/or programmed devices.

Intelligence is pretty much a narrow definition, period. I'm not doubting it's "changing the world" but it isn't true intelligence anymore than a machine programmed to weld parts together is "intelligent". Without sentient beings to support it, it's DOA.

I'm not sure where this list came from. While it's true 159 democrats voted against it, Cori Bush wasn't one since the vote was on January 7 and she left office on January 1.

The first list (link) was from the House voting record, from January 2025. The list of names I posted was the first vote that failed to pass, back in September 2024.

Trump got it passed and signed it in January-2025, but there are still 156 demoncrats that voted against it.

Demoncrats - the party of death, destruction and stupidity.

Anyone who thinks China is a communist country doesn't understand what the word means or doesn't know how the country actually operates.

Well, enlighten us with your worldly experience and knowledge.
I'm just a successful investor who follows markets, invests in, and understands them.
Pretty sure I know more about how the country operates more than anyone here, especially you.
