Yeah and any number of jazz guitarists as well. Most of them play clean.
 
Wicked Game is an awesome tune and love the guitar.

I’m testing an amp or trying to get a good clean sound through it, I’ll always play the intro to Killer Of Giants and compare to what I remember the song sounding like. That is always a good clean tone baseline I use.

I thought about the pathway to the cleanest purest tone. A steel guitar shaped like a JAMES TYLER headstock. Am I on to something? I think so...

Yep.
We saw EJ three nights in a row during the AVM tour. Holy cr@p! It was a borderline religious experience. On night 3, we were in this tiny club in Sacramento, the Cattle Club. And he brought his full arsenal. Absolutely magical.

Nope, I would pay the 'genius' behind that headstock design a visit, just so I could kick him/her in their ballsack!!!!!!!
