I feel for him. At the end of the day, whether you’re touring with Priest around the world or like most of us playing at home or some occasional small venue, playing guitar is nourishment for our soul. I know a few of us deal with physical issues that make playing pretty difficult or even impossible and it can hard to deal with at times. I’m somewhat fortunate in that my issue comes and goes in severity so I have windows of being able to play pretty well (for my level) but I know some of you aren’t that lucky.
Another reminder to not put off things too long because suddenly you can’t do it even if you wanted to.

Agreed and to ice the cake if you watch that video he was playing th painkiller solo and did not miss one stinking note most of us could spend years getting that perfect , Richie did it while have his heart explode and kept going that’s insane
