Nobody in human history has OD'd (died) on pot. Nobody. Ever.
Why? 'Cause it's technically non-toxic. Pretty hard to OD on something non-toxic except in cases like drinking too-much water.
What would happen if you ate an ounce of hash 'though, I hear you ask? You'd be stoned for a week, but that's all. I wouldn't want to volunteer for that one I must admit.
If by "OD" you meant "Uugghh... I've had too-much. Room's spinnin' and I'm paranoid", then of course, there've been billions of such cases probably just in the last 10 years. That's not OD'ing 'though, just a term misused by potheads 'cause it sounds funny / about-right / cool.
