Probably get my "gearhead" card pulled for this.

I've noticed the gear I gravitate towards is cyclical. I might not touch something for a few months and then be all about it for weeks. So I try to have a little from all the food groups. But I'm definitely not a collector. I like to have a good amount of crayons in the box but I don't need two of the same color.

Just joking. I hear ya. I’m the same way. I see some cool things but nothing that makes me want. I had a few things I was keeping an eye out for and got one of them. I do want a Bogner Ultra Uber and I always check for a Caparison Horus Custom Line daily (for the last 9 months). But that’s it. I’ve actually turned to making and recording music more which is fun.

So if anyone has an Ultra Uber collecting dust, I’m interested.

The body is being prepped for paint as we speak (actually was yesterday, so should have it back sometime next week). Do you all want me to post the game in episodes or do y'all want to play it to find out who wins? Felt like the latter was more fun since I wasn't getting much traction on yt. I can give y'all a hint on who won, though. It was someone on this forum. :ROFLMAO:

It’s all good, I never win shit, so just ready to congratulate the winner. Although I did win a Griffin pedal.

Fucking around with the builder for a 7 string. But do I need another guitar? No. Doubt I'll pull the trigger because I'll probably be close to 2k and not sure if I want to spend that kind of money on a Kiesel.
 
I always had bands from the age of about 13 ( first bar gigs when I was 15) until about 10 years ago when I hung it up. I seemed to always start 3 piece bands or bands with only one guitarist anyway. I'm a bassist by the way.

About 8 years ago I sold off about 30k worth of PA gear, lighting, 16' customized, enclosed trailer, spare amps, cabs, etc..

At one point I had 3 full SVT rigs.

What's left ? About 10 guitars, 15 or so basses, one full SVT II non pro/810cl rig, GK full stack, Boss Tuner pedal, Ibanez Flanger, TAFM, 1961 Fender Brown Deluxe ( with Alnico Cream 90 and Blackplates), Chinese Vox AC-10c and 6 or 7 MXR Distortion + pedals of varying vintages.

All of the guitars kind of have sentimental value so I don't think I could get rid of them. I have 4 basses I'll never sell, the rest could go. Mostly Fenders.
