Proof the Earth is round

I don't actually think anyone in this thread believes the earth isn't a sphere.

I think it's a philosophical exercise.
 
Look at these soy children horrified that a growing number of people no longer believe in crazy floating ball earth stuff any more. Listen to her pathetic appeal to authority and group think as well as stereotyping anyone not believing official narratives as scientifically ignorant, LOL. Granted, I am scientifically ignorant but when googling "flat earth" only returns debunking links as the top results you know the pythagorean cultists mean to cut this egregious dissension off at the pass, which is only driving more people to look into, and see for themselves that a globe earth is very unlikely.

No such thing as American English. There is English the language of England and bastardised English - the language of the turds in the US colonies. American Engish is an Oxymoron. Think about it. Is it American or Engish?

I think it's funny to watch belief in globe earth eroding as the 2nd greatest lie ever told comes undone thanks to technology an average person can afford.

Brits and Aussies have an excessively upbeat attitude. Sitting around all the time sipping tea and jamming crumpets down their throats thinking today is tomorrow already. It's weird.

Although tea and crumpets are available they are an English thing more than an Australian thing. Some people think Australia has the best coffee culture in the world. Starbucks failed here because it was too crap. I mean I even roast my own beans and have a $5000 proper espresso machine in my house. We don't really have any national dishes - it's just the stuff you'd eat anywhere in the UK, the US, Europe or Asia.

You spent 5K on a fucking coffee maker and you were complaining about what Trump did to your retirement accounts ?

It works out cheaper than buying 2 x $6.50 coffees at a coffee shop every day. Plus my coffee is completely fresh and home roasted - better than anything you can get anywhere. $13 x 365 = $4745.. It's also a very substantial upgrade to the quality of life I have. Doesn't take too many years to recover the cost and I get fantastic coffee. The reason I could retire early is I'm actually cheap by buying the best to begin with. A poor man always pays twice.

I wouldn’t pay $6 for a cup of coffee either. I have a grinder it didn’t cost 5K. And my coffee maker would make an espresso if I wanted it too. I just want a coffee. Regular coffee. One cup a day.
