Proof the Earth is round

Yeah it was just generalized criticisms and misrepresentations of flat earth positions. The one specific study she cited isn't even publicly available to critique. In one of her past videos she herself dismisses whole swathes of 'science' as being totally caught up in numbers and models. Yet she seems taken with the idea that since science has 'evolved' to be so spectacularly complicated and specialized that something as 'simple' as the shape of the earth is easy to demonstrate, or should be taken on authority since science has is so advanced (Has it really though, or just in these eggheads big heads?). I will look at her other flat earth video to see if she discusses specifics.
What's weird is half the people who desperately cling to ball earth believe that the government is a bunch of liars but they cannot detach themselves from the childhood globe-in-classroom public programming even knowing that the government is constantly deceiving them.

As I noted earlier, the pythagorean math cultists have infected the west going back a long way. Especially in the south where freemasonry is prominent you have many buildings styled after Greek architecture. For example, the parthenon replica in Nashville.

It's all about son centered (Christ) vs sun centered (Apollo/helios). True God vs false, demonic ones. If you have deceived people into believing that the earth revolves around the sun, and the bible is not a globe earth book, haven't you also stolen a part of their faith away from them? Seems like it'd be the case. Look at a couple of the bedwetters in here still slinging insults because they are such weak minds they cannot present an argument of their own nor deal with the dissension of a different worldview. The demons have built a stronghold in their minds through the false religion of heliocentrism and they are rabid cultists.

Ah but you'd have to be turning left slightly all-the-time.
Not so for a global equatorial circumnavigation in our theoretical, all-things-being-equal example.
That's true but for this argument the supposed size of the earth works to flat earthers advantage in that the adjustments required to stay on course would be so minimal as to be indistinguishable from ordinary course corrections on a supposedly 'straight' trajectory.
'Cause it's liquid-and-solid matter and space is not.
I think it was more a philosophical/psychological point, but are you saying there is some law of nature or physics at play?

Are we still posting food pics? Check out the avocado toast I made the other day

It's like their worst fear is that the bible is right yet they call themselves bible believers and demand adherence to scriptures when asserting their beliefs but only when the scriptures align with modern secular thoughts, which are placed in the higher position of authority in their mind.

Job 38 outlines the arrogance of someone bluntly stating "what it is" whereas a true scientist wouldn't declare anything as 100 percent factual, since real science is constant study to hopefully more fully detail the subject matter. There is sharing knowledge with others that is done out of love, and there is cramming a belief system down a person's throat in an "official" setting. No one can see through the thick smoke screen of childhood programming, fantasy tv shows and movies, and the gatekeepers that are everywhere to shove them back into line if you aren't running off the cliff like the rest of them.

Bible and the synaraxion come first before science and math, 100 percent of the time. That would help deprogram society.

I strongly suspect that Thumbpicker learned modern astronomy first and then tried to fit that into what the Bible says. I'm not saying that there can't be different interpretations but I highly doubt he has ever so much as listened to a debate among Christians about it, let alone reasoned from scripture, experience and his own observations.

All modern western pseudo christian society does this. If I discard the science aspect for a minute and learn history we see that until the cult of pythagorus all cultures, even the early pagans, did not believe in a heliocentric system. After pagan Greek culture died it wasn't popular thought until the 20th century when public schools gained prominence and began to teach a globe earth using 2-D tactics.

I was reading some chinese history on earth's shape and it looks like the jesuit priesthood had to work very hard to bring their society into compliance with heliocentrism. I'm sure they have some responsibility foisting it on the west in general since spaniards voyaged to North America and Rome is originally sol invictus worshippers aka the pagan sun-god whose birthday is dec 25. Strange then that the julian calendar says Jan 7 orthodox christimas. The west adopted the Gregorian...anyways, one of the early Chinese beliefs was that earth was like an egg, with the yolk as the earth with the sky enclosed within the egg. The waters above, and the waters below. That was pretty interesting to visualize considering there is a lot of consistent similarities between early socieities, both christian and non-christian beliefs about earth's shape.

Dude, that’s because there is nothing the government says that’s even close to a consensus. There is always reasonable doubt regardless of which party it is. Literally no one ( at least until recently) was going around saying the earth wasn’t a sphere. And in order for that to be untrue an enormous number of people have to be complicit in the cover-up. Which is pretty much an impossibility.

Non-disclosure agreements say you are wrong. How did 10,000 people work on the Manhattan project and most of them had no conception of what they were working on? Security clearances, non disclosure Then again I don't believe in nukes either but maybe I should save that for a different discussion, lol.

Yet we do know about the Manhattan project. And how do you not believe in nukes ? 😂😂😂
Millions of Japanese people and thousands of scientists and military personnel and hundreds of photographers are all complicit in pretending there are nuclear weapons ? 🤣🤣🤣

Not stupid - I spend AUD 2400 on a spiral dough mixer - but I have made all our bread for 5 years + neapolitan pizza. I have a proper pizza oven too.

I can eat at home every day of the week like you'd eat at a restaurant.

Wait - you actually buy this stuff :dunno:

Sorry - trying to catch up with my thread - which started as a joke really. Seems to be a catch all for all kinds of 'issues'.

One minute it is flat earth, then coffee, then religion

PS: @Thumbpicker what is on your counter? Looks like target practice or something.

As we've been pointing out, the debate has never died. As of March 2025, only twelve countries and one inter-governmental organization (ESA) have a proven orbital launch capability. Until 1957 it was zero. There doesn't need to be a grand conspiracy.

Silicone mat to protect the bench from metal scrapers used when making bread. Caesarstone scratches much easier than granite.

I don’t understand Americans. Why wouldn’t I buy “this stuff”. I get great coffee and the equipment lasts for decades. I’ve already had it five years and it gets used everyday. Why do Americans settle for mediocre coffee?

Yes, they allowed you to know some things about a previously very secret program. Kind of like the Blackbird, whose official top speed is still classified. Or the B-2, which you can see at an airshow. I don't believe anything I see on tv. You, and me, have only seen them on tv so it's mostly a distortion of a large conventional weapon which starts fires, levels buildings, and kicks up clouds of dust, which is demonstrably radioactive. There are no n00ks.

There are no n00ks.
I've read Miles Mathis' stuff and while he makes some good points I still think nuclear weapons exist. That's not to say that every aspect of what is claimed is true, and I strongly suspect much of the footage is staged for effect, simply a cold war psyop.
