i dunno man. I’m having trouble seeing where the US dollar has done very well since Trump took office. The rest of the world is leaving us behind but he has convinced people that gas prices is the barometer for economic stability.

None of this is true.

Well, maybe except the last bit, I don't know. He recently went back ( again) on the deportations and is now making no allowances for farm workers and whatever, but you already knew that I'm sure. Gas is down, inflation is down, consumables are beginning to regulate. Not sure how it is in the Berkshires, but around here it doesn't seem worse. I don't think judging Trump's first 6 months against 4 years of whoever was running the auto pen since 2020 is honest or useful. I'm not sure what Elon has to do with Iran or anything other than whatever DOGE was up to, but whatever.
