Tone is the winner on this beautiful winter's day in Sydney.

#1 - Believed to be one of around 8 made in 65, a top-mounted Park JTM45 in really good shape. Through this 69 straight cab it's pretty special with any guitar we throw at it. Clips at some point.

#2 - A great sounding, beautifully restored original Boogie C+ SRGX:

#3 - Boogie C++ HRGX done by Mike B about 10 years ago. Started life as a C+ combo:

When RT and Zen began seeing each other, every new post was accompanied by hot clip action of the most tantalizing kind. Now we barely talk and saying “clips at some point” is merely another way of expressing “not tonight I have a headache”. Maybe Zen has found a newer hotter forum elsewhere

Holy wtf man! What an amazing haul. This day is like only behind "happy new first born child day", and "happy retired early financially secure for life day".

Clips at some point is too late. :D

That looks like an expansive New Amp Day
Well if I must come clean, some of this info was CNN'd for dramatic affect. The Boogies came in last month, and the owner of the JTM45 had the gall to say he's coming back for it in a few months. "Triple NAD" was chosen and enforced by editorial.

Duuuuude.....holy tone trilogy!!

I'd give a kidney for that Park.
Yeah the Park is great. The more I 'mature' the more I gravitate towards the lower gain, old man amps. It's just so responsive and articulate, really inspiring to play.

I forget, are you the owner of that shop?
We buy and sell a lot but it's not a shop, just my studio collection that morphed into....

Did you guys ever finish up your own amp?
...an ongoing project. The third (and hopefully final) prototype is doing the rounds with some players and producers for feedback. After that there will likely be a little tweaking, then onto super fun stuff like electrical safety and EMC testing. Will of course post here when there's more news!

You had a special treat on your birthday and father's day. Now you expect it why?

Thanks. I shouldn't have said that way. I knew you had a studio. For some reason I also thought you guys bought and sold amps in same local.

This is great news. I hope the best for you guys.
