I say things to see the reactions. I pretty much always mean what I am saying, but I’ll usually say them in a way to provoke a response.
For instance I do think Trump would try for a 3rd if he wasn’t falling apart. And I do think he should be easy to replace. Ive said several times it is the country’s fault for not putting up someone that could beat him.
The “softball” was that claimed to say it without rhetoric, which I clearly did.
You chose to skip over that in another hasty 2 pump post disagreeing with me for no reason than to disagree with me

I mean I’ve straight up told you guys that largely I’m here to observe. Why it hasn’t sunk in yet? I dunno. Probably because you have already hit reply and started responding to me before even getting this far into my post lol.

I somewhat agree. Most of the “left” thought the far left was too extreme. Just like most of the “right” is now realizing the far right is too extreme.
It’s creating a giant “middle” that will happily vote for anyone that isn’t a total piece of shit.

If JD was smart he would distance himself from Trump in the coming years because he would probably be a shoe in.

“Calculating” isn’t a word I would use for trump. He was clever enough to con enough people to vote for him, but that is just what conmen do. Look at his business history.

Your perspective on this is incorrect, as evidenced by this past election, and the public's reaction to it.
The right is not "now realizing the far right is too extreme".
That is pure copium the left is telling itself to try and save face. Like the "trump voters regret their vote" nonsense.
JD distancing himself would be incredibly stupid. Being DJT's VP is all he has going for him, why would he flush that down the toilet? To become more appealing to voters who will never vote for him like you? That is absurd.

You guys in this rig talk microcosm like to think of me as the left, but I’m really not. I’ve only voted in a few elections and there was no consistency to how I voted. Shit I voted Trump his first time around.
I realized that was the wrong move and didn’t vote for him a second or third time.

just like many of Kamala votes were for “not Trump” many of trumps votes were “not Harris”
Take Harris and Trump out of the equation and I still believe most people will just want someone who isn’t a piece of shit.

This is literally the only place I get even remotely political. Most of my political views come from what people say here. I don’t watch TV and don’t really do a whole lot on social media either.

So again, if JD was smart, which I actually think he is, he will not run as the VP of a lunatic, but as someone who has seen both sides and has a goal for our country
