Beautiful guitar. The Gibson open-book headstock is just a clunky dreadnaught acoustic type of headstock. It’s not a great looking or optimally functional headstock. It’s just what people are accustomed to. To me the Heritage headstock is superior.
I had a 12-pound H150 that was gorgeous and sounded amazing…but 12 pounds and that was when I was gigging.
Just lose the pickguard and don’t add a stupid poker chip that names the positions Treble/Rhythm. Dumb as fuck in 2025. People somehow figured out Strat 5-way switches without labels. Let all of that top breathe!
