Thankfully, we never had the ridiculousness in the pic above, but we still had various teambuilding sessions while having real business meetings.

I resigned from work today. I'm done. Five months earlier than I originally planned.

Joined the club. I quit my day job last week. I gave a notice but he cut me loose earlier. I don't really know my exact next move, I just know I need to make one.

Same, I uploaded all my work-in-progress so nothing for me to do, they made my termination effective the same day, but I'll be paid in full for July except commissions, plus remaining vacation time.

You sound like you had had enough. So had I. Not even anything really bad, I was just trying to get out before it went bad.

Yes, they made changes that made it near impossible to make my sales targets in 2025; happened to several of us on my team; all over 50+, male, mostly white.

2023, exceeded my sales target, was in the top 10 sales for North America.
2024, received a performance raise, exceeded my sales quota targets, was in the top 20 sales for North America

2025, they took away my top customers and replaced them with new-to-me customers who aren't strategic accounts, and where we didn't have any key existing relationships. They also didn't adjust my sales quota target that was calculated based on my original customer list.

My 2025 sales quota target was nearly double my 2023 target; they significantly increased my 2024 sales quota target which is why I dropped from the top 10 to top 20.

You don't walk into a new-to-you customer who doesn't use many/much of your products, doesn't have a strategic relationship with my company or me and close multi-million dollar deals within six months....it took months to get a first call or onsite meetings with SVP / C-level execs.

so I lost my best customers, got new customers with no strategic relationships; and no adjustment to sales quota targets based on customer coverage changes,...

I like to win; not be positioned to lose. IMO
